Caregiving is hard.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
KeyAide is a quiet, evidence-based companion for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children — built to help with the moments that don't fit in a Google search. Meltdowns, IEP meetings, the email you can't bring yourself to write.
Pick the moment you're actually in.
Start with what's in front of you. Each scenario opens a conversation with the right context already loaded — so you don't have to explain from scratch.
Understand a behavior
Make sense of what's happening and what might be driving it.
StartFind strategies that work
Practical approaches for daily routines, meltdowns, and transitions.
StartNavigate the systems
Schools, insurance, therapies — get your bearings and your next move.
StartSupport for me
You matter too. Talk through the hard days. Find your footing.
StartA page from a conversation.
Day three is its own kind of exhaustion — the part of caregiving that doesn't fit on a postcard. Two questions before strategy, because the right answer depends on which one you actually have right now:
Twenty-minute version: can you give them something low-language and predictable for the next hour — a familiar show, a snack they always like, a soft place — and let "good enough" be enough until your call is done? Survival isn't failure; it's the right move when bandwidth is gone.
After-the-call version: we look at what's been escalating across the three days — sleep, food, sensory load, transitions — and find one lever to pull. Not all of them. Just one.
Four specific jobs, done well.
Sometimes you don't need a conversation — you need a translator. These tools are purpose-built for the situations caregivers run into most.
IEP Translator
Paste any IEP or 504 document. Get a plain-language summary, key points to understand, questions to ask, and a list of red flags worth pushing back on.
Open toolMedical Jargon Decoder
Diagnoses, treatment plans, neuropsych reports — translated into language you can actually use at the next appointment.
Open toolBehavior Logger
Log what happened. Surface patterns over time. Bring evidence — not a vague memory — to your next provider conversation.
Open toolResearch Finder
Ask a question; get peer-reviewed PubMed studies summarized in plain English. Optimized for the questions caregivers actually have.
Open toolWhat we won't do.
Built by caregivers who got tired of products that mine their family's hardest moments. KeyAide is privacy-first, neurodiversity-affirming, and will never recommend approaches the autistic community has rejected.
Your conversations are yours
What you share stays between you and KeyAide. We don't train models on your conversations. We don't sell what you tell us.
No medical advice
We're a thinking partner, not a clinician. Every response includes a gentle reminder to verify with your child's care team.
Neurodiversity-affirming
We surface DIR/Floortime, OT, AAC, and approaches the autistic community endorses.
"I just want a place where I can say this is hard and get something useful back. Not a forum. Not a Google rabbit hole. Just — help."
